Madame Vadianne

She would kidnapped little kids and takes them to her ship. Where she put them to sleep and used their energy to open the black hole and make the Earth go into it. She kidnapped Sailor Rini and when she, had her Madame Vadianne notice that Rini had a lot of energy to take.

Her helpers were Pupuran Bananu and Oranjiya. They would go on there flying boats and play this tone that would drag kids to them. They had these flute that would spit out this gum like monsters.
