Rei's father is a politician and her mother died when she was very young. Some timed she feels like her father cares more about his work than his family. Though they are at different school she stills studies with the scouts during exams. Rei also loves to make fun of Serena. They always get into fights. She never fights with the other but she just thinks that Serena is a big Meatball head. The only other person he yells at is Chad. A guy her grandfather hired to work at the shrine.
